Y’all know this rack won’t work for 18x26 or 18x13 pans. They won’t fit the the slots. I’ve fought this for years. I’m tired of smashing my products. Do you have a resolution or do I need to through this thing in the garbage?

When we put trays in, they collapse on top of each other. We constantly have to be aware of how fast we’re putting in/out the trays. This is super annoying. The quality of this rack is bad.

I like the case but some of the slots are too short for the trays. We have to be extremely careful when we take trays out of this one because some of them collapsed on the tray below it. This has happened more than once with this case. I may have to order a different case if I can’t find a way to make it work.

These cabinets are terrible, I purchased a couple and trays are not secured in there. My sheet pans keep on falling. I have a three other keeper from a different manufacturer and never had that problem. Worst part, every time you put a tray in there, you really need to make sure its perfectly straight. It is very easy to make a mistake and place it incorrectly and will definitely fall.

Good storage for our baked goods, at an affordable price. Items are well protected, and rack can also be locked. I have found the rails can bend over time, but probably is to be expected with the action these racks get.

Love this! I use to store sugar cookies safely while they dry. They ability to move it on wheels is so helpful. Shipping was pricey but in the end it was so worth it. I recommend buying the Bakers Mark 18” x 26” full size sheet pans to go with it.

We're finding these cabinets to be sadly lacking in quality. Just putting in a sheet tray with baked rolls on it causes the interior ledge/rails to bend. Our cook lost a whole tray of rolls because he put the bun pan in and the interior rails bent enough that the pan fell down on one side dumping the contents. And this is only bread on the sheet tray mind you! It's not heavy at all! I've looked at all the specs and data sheets etc and can't find the per tray recommended weight load anywhere but if the ledges won't hold a tray of rolls we don't dare to try putting anything heavier than bread in the rack! We purchased 5 of these and will never purchase this particular brand and model again!
