Choice White Poly Paper Hot Cup - 16 oz. - 1000/Case

Ordered 1000 16 oz cups and they were defective. The lids made for the cups (which also fit 20 oz) did not stay on the cups. We have received many complaints and witnessed numerous customers spill part of their drinks because the lids come off. When we reached out to Webstaurant, they asked for a video showing the problem. We have ordered a lot of product from them. It was disappointing that they did not take our word for it and replace them. Long story short, we sent a video and still have not received a response. This has been so frustrating.

Used on a coffee Trailer for all hot drinks and have not had any issues. Will reorder and they fit well with the Choice lids.

Good looking cups. Must have a sleeve, they get hot. Randomly there will a bad one which seeped out the bottom. It's random and theres no holes so theres no way of knowing it'll do that.

Tall hot cup, perfect for a large size drinks. Normally cafes offer smaller but we use those as a large and it works great for us

These paper cups are great. They are bright white and sturdy. We've been using them in all sizes and never had any problems with them. The walls are thick enough that depending on the beverage, you may not even need a sleeve.

Great alternative to more expensive paper cups. Have not encountered too many flaws with these products, though I have noticed that they do not always seal correctly when paired with other brand lids. Other than a slightly taller shape, the difference between more expensive alternatives is negligible.

We are very happy with Choice brand 16 oz paper hot cups. The simplistic design looks and feels great. The all white backgrounds allow us to stamp our logo with ease.

These work well for us. They match the lids pretty well and hold stamps well without bleeding. We think they match all the other cups in the same brand catalogue.

I would say these are as good of quality as solo. Wasn't too sure but I'm glad I saved money without sacrificing quality... these are great
