Designed for transport, the CaterGator Dash front loading insulated food pan carrier provides the versatility and quality you need to safely deliver pans of food. It holds up to (5) 2 1/2" deep food pans and can accommodate various combinations of full, 1/2, and 1/3 size pans that are 2 1/2", 4", and 6" deep. It will work with most types of pans as well, including foil, plastic, and even stainless steel.
Because the carrier is made with expanded polypropylene (EPP), it offers superior temperature retention and maintains hot or cold food temperatures for up to 4 hours. If you need a longer hold time, you can use the CaterGator Dash Hot Board or CaterGator Dash Ice Board (sold separately) to extend your food holding time even further.
This insulated pan carrier features a professional grade construction made from expanded polypropylene (EPP), an insulated material with a high level of durability. This high-tech material is extremely lightweight and offers excellent impact-, water-, and chemical-resistance. Not only a durable and lightweight option, this carrier is an eco-friendly choice for your business. It includes a large latch that quickly and securely locks the door to retain temperature. CaterGator Food Pan Carrier is a very nicely made food carrier. I love how compact and easy it is to store. It is also very light weight and easy to carry.

It works. I put veg and braised meat in for a buffet at about 300C and it stayed hot u til I served it 3 hours later. I’m talking didn’t lose a degree and kept hot.

Awesome, lightweight insulated food pan carrier. Stacks well and is surprisingly durable. Held food at temp well. Only ask is to add handles for easier movement once loaded.
Holds full pans and half pans well! Can also hold aluminum full and half pans if put inside a metal one. Was worried that the height wouldn't work, but everything worked out perfect.
