Additionally, the front lid slides back over the polyethylene base, preventing debris from falling off the lid and into the bin.

No, these lids are not designed to be air-tight. The lid is designed to cover the bin and will snap over the bin's rim to ensure that the lid does not fall off, but this does not create an air-tight seal.
I purchased this unit to hold cookies after baking to be packaged the next day. The size is great but the lid is not ideal. it slides therefore moisture tight it is not. Cannot use it for its original purpose of purchase. It is unfortunate this lid does not completely seal. I would not store ingredients in it either (long term) again due to moisture able to get in. Otherwise size is great.

this storage bin is very solid, the lid slides very easily and the casters slide great. However, this bin is advertised as 28", which is incorrect. this bin actually measure 29.25". I had a space that I needed it to be 28 or less so I purchased two of these. I took them out of the packaging and put my flour in one and sugar in the other before I even thought that I needed to make sure that they fit. Unfortunately they were NOT 28" and would not fit in my space. and since I had already thrown the packaging away and put ingredients in them, WebstaurantStore will not take them back. I like them overall, very disappointed that they weren't the size that was advertised.

This is the 3rd bin I have purchased. Employees love how easily they move around and also the large capacity. The scoop included is good quality and can be stored inside the bin and comply with health codes.

Use this to hold our white rice. It holds 3 50lb bags. They are great. Keeps our rice dry, and we can push it out of the way and under the counter after we've weighed everything out. Love it!
This storage bin is pretty big, and it is great for storing sugar and cocoa. We have a couple of them and they work great! Price is excellent as well.

We got this bin to store our 50 pound bags of sugar that come in and it works perfectly. I am sure you can store anything in here that does not weight too much and is easily scooped. The wheels and lid are of a very solid construction.
Holds 4 50 # bags of flour. The wheels lock on these, they are wide and strong they also camevwith a scoop that has a place in the lid to keep it out of the flour! I’m very happy with these and will only get these from now on!
Good size storage bin. It can hold a lot full bags of rice, sugar, flour. Very useful has a slot to hold a plastic scoop. These are on wheels and easy to move around.
I don't love the lids on these, but the bins are good quality and definitely get the job done. The lids just slide a little funny and all the lips and edges make them a little harder to keep clean.

This storage bin is better than expected, this is a nice sturdy and well built bin you cant beat the price for this nowhere on the web get it while you can you will love it I do.
